A user ran into a use case in which they needed to be able to specify multiple values in Arkime's config.ini for the pcapDir setting. This is already supported by Arkime (a semicolon-separated list), and Malcolm already allows setting it via the PCAP_PROCESSED_DIRECTORY environment variable, but pcap_processor.py also needs to be adjusted to support it.

This commit (mmguero-dev/Malcolm@64db609) adds support for that syntax.
