A colleague who manages various Malcolm installations in vSphere says that LVM-based partitioning causes the drives to appear "full" from the vSphere perspective and asks us to look into a non-LVM option for the ISO installers. Grep lvm under ./malcolm-iso (and probably ./hedgehog-iso to be consistent) to see where we'd need to make tweaks.
