This is a regression in v25.07.0.

Due to this commit, we've broken the order in which the Arkime fields database gets initialized and WISE starts, meaning that the fields don't get initialized. It does appear to be something of a race condition, because it does occasionally work (I assume due to caching/delayed processing or something, not sure.

The field initialization must start AFTER wise is initialized.
