Hi,

I want to use the baikal-docker for integration tests, that's why I need an admin and default user on docker start.
My first approach (found by google) to config an admin user was:

services:
  baikal-it:
    image: ckulka/baikal:latest
    environment:
      - BAIKAL_ADMIN_USERNAME=admin
      - BAIKAL_ADMIN_PASSWORD=test123
      - [email protected] 
    ports:
      - 127.0.0.1:8080:80 

But no admin user was created.
Any hints are welcome.
