Switch to clucore:

• Swap in clucore in EidosEnglishProcessor (https://github.com/clulab/eidos/blob/master/eidoscommon/src/main/scala/org/clulab/wm/eidoscommon/EidosProcessor.scala#L45)
• remove this: https://github.com/clulab/eidos/blob/master/eidoscommon/src/main/scala/org/clulab/wm/eidoscommon/EidosProcessor.scala#L117
• see what tests now fail
• delegate fixing them?

change the compositional grounder to not have second parser:

• remove https://github.com/clulab/eidos/blob/master/src/main/scala/org/clulab/wm/eidos/groundings/grounders/SRLCompositionalGrounder.scala#L59),
• stop doing this (https://github.com/clulab/eidos/blob/master/src/main/scala/org/clulab/wm/eidos/groundings/grounders/SRLCompositionalGrounder.scala#L109),
• and same with the debug exporter (https://github.com/clulab/eidos/blob/master/src/main/scala/org/clulab/wm/eidos/exporters/DebugGroundingExporter.scala#L29)
