Is a new release with the last commits possible ? #223

Thank you for keeping this project up to date and merging PRs.
Would you be able to tag a new release that would include the last bunch of commits that :
- added a new language (Add Turkmen alphabet #213, Armenian Language #221)
- fixed some languages (Fix Macedonian Dze #212)
- added new options (Add strip_tags option #201, Add lowercase_after_regexp option #216)
- removed a deprecation warning happening in Symfony 4.2 that was released a month and a half ago, on novembre 30th 2018 (Fix deprecation for symfony/config 4.2+ #220)
