Config: okta SSO, okta/v1 provider

Given a rule setup using the Okta provider with auto approval

• First request works OK. Gets approved.
• Second request, the button does nothing.

If the rule has multiple groups, it would fail if all groups are already granted. Otherwise if one group is not granted, it works.

If the rule requires approval, the approve request is submitted, but then when the approver clicks, a warning says: "The request overlaps a existing grant"

Expected behaviour

At least a warning should pop-up, similar to the approval.

Ideally, a warning should be raised, but the request would be raised and extend the existing grant.
