Hi!

I am having an issue getting MiXeR to work. Where should I store the trait files? When I give the path to my file as in '$PYTHON /tools/mixer/precimed/mixer.py fit1 $MIXER_COMMON_ARGS $EXTRACT --trait1-file path/to/file.sumstats.gz --out outfile.fit.$REP' I get an error saying that os.path.isfile() cannot find it. This is strange as I have checked several times and the file exists.
