Describe the bug
in version 1.6.0b4, installed RAR tool is not anymore detected. The problem was not present in 1.6.0b3.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open ComicTagger 1.6.0b4
2. Upload a CBR file
3. "RAR Files are Read-Only" popup

Expected behavior
RAR files must be opened RW by application
