Mainnet Batch 1: Base, Mantle, Polygon zk, zkSync, Metis and Avalanche

key tech action items (descending priority):

• mainnet staging
• deploy mainnet staging watcher
• deploy mainnet-staging contracts
• deploy mainnet contracts (including SAFE)
• test mainnet staging watcher (leave running for a bit)
• test mainnet staging chain messages
• launch prod with security council, etc.
• setup all pools on chains with initial liquidity in prod
• handoff to marketing / bd

reasoning:

• we are officially breaking testnet with x1 (turning off testnet-prod watchers)
• need a mainnet staging env to properly test these changes
• watcher needs some time with data for testing to ensure it wont pause
• aggregators wont pull in data automatically any more, init pools / fund initial deposit while its easiest to make those changes
• need to decouple marketing / bd from eng working for heavier comarketing lifts, batching helps that
