These were the required packages when building on Fedora 22

What uses openssl?
Could you please sort this list?

Before installing openssl:

  BUILD EXT    bzImage
make[3]: *** [signing_key.x509] Error 127
make[2]: *** [kernel] Error 2
make[1]: *** [sub-make] Error 2
