Describe the bug
When making an issue for a date in the future, it shows as negative seconds, that count up toward 0.

Reproduction steps
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create an issue with a date in the future.
2. Go to the status page after it has finished building.
3. Observe the time.

Expected behavior
It should show that this either has not started yet, or says "Starting at 10 PM".
