* Update Python version in CONTRIBUTING.md

The guide specified Python 3.6+ when Dynaconf is 3.8+.

* Refactor the validation.md doc section

Rework structure as suggested by @pedro-psb in #911, improve clarity in
the text and expand on some subsections.

* Add validation related params in configuration.md

Add sections on validate_only_current_env, validate_only and
validate_exclude.

* Add .DS_Store Mac files to .gitignore

Dynaconf currently passes raise_on_deleted_version to HVAC's read_secret_version method. This is not supported in HVAC versions before 1.1.0.

Addresses the case when local dynaconf_merge=False is used inside nested dict structures. Fix #835.

Dynaconf CLI wouldn't recognize FLASK_APP=<path>, where path syntax is like foo.bar:app ('entrypoint-format'). Fix #946

Revert change added in #830 to allow underscore in env names.
