Apologies to anyone trying to get started with Halide who's finding the readme a bit vague. I am working on getting the setup docs finished in the next few days.

Building without the Tina CMS command npx tinacms build && eleventy and simply using npx eleventy instead should allow builds to succeed for the time being.
