[Broken Website] top navigation bar area cannot properly apply dark mode #14717

Prerequisites
- I searched for any existing report about this website issue to avoid opening a duplicate.
- I can reproduce this website issue in a new, unmodified web browser profile with Dark Reader installed as the only extension.
Website Issue Description
The top navigation bar area cannot properly apply dark mode; during the refresh process, dark mode appears briefly but is then immediately overridden by the site’s styles ( I guess ).
