Organgrams - existing datasets #484
Description
Existing organogram datasets on data.gov.uk need sorting.
- Change name so that they are consistent with the new ones. Merge where a publisher has multiple datasets. Convert to time series.
- Keep all the resources, but mark them "(legacy)". This means we keep all the old RDF ones. Duplicates remain.
- Ensure links to reference.gov.uk / organogram.data.gov.uk are sorted - does TNA have them?
- Get rid of useless ones like: https://data.gov.uk/dataset/organogram-march-2013
