Is your feature request related to a problem?

In the PHP-world (and in general) there's currently two big players when it comes to webservers: apache and nginx, both supported by ddev.
Since quite a while there's another one which is coming up more and more: Caddy.
It's being loved for its combination of performance and simplicity to configure.

Describe your solution

Besides nginx and apache, it would be quite nice to also choose Caddy as webserver alternative in ddev.
