Is your feature request related to a problem?

Since v1.23.5 I don't think we need to use Chocolatey in the WSL2 install scripts, and lots of people get hung up with that. We no longer install services, and we do ARM64 Windows, which Chocolatey doesn't.

I think we should update the scripts to just get the latest DDEV installer from Github and run it unattended.
