Preliminary checklist

• I am using the latest stable version of DDEV (see upgrade guide)
• I have searched existing issues
• I have checked the troubleshooting guide
• I have run ddev debug test to include output below

Output of ddev debug test

Please try running this in an existing DDEV project directory, preferably the problem project.
It doesn't work in other directories.

Expected Behavior

I expected the DDEV install scripts to not use deprecated tools like WMIC.

Actual Behavior

The DDEV install scripts (tried to) use WMIC, resulting in this error during install:

Steps To Reproduce

1. Install a fresh, up-to-date copy of Windows 11 (Pro)
2. Install WSL2 according to these steps: https://ddev.readthedocs.io/en/stable/users/install/ddev-installation/#wsl2-docker-ce-inside-install-script
3. ???
4. PROFIT!! Oh, wait...
