Generic webserver project shouldn't show invalid output like dial tcp 127.0.0.1:0: connect: can't assign requested address
Actual Behavior

I note that with the sveltekit demo we see this on ddev start

- It seems to be trying 127.0.0.1:0
- It fails anyway
