[FeatureRequest] Add further features to Tf backend #47

Description
Some nice features that are still missing:
- Multi-GPU training
- Base Segmentation Network
- Base GAN Network
- Pretrained Models/Networks, must be implemented by means of
tf.keras.Model, as that is where the long term support is heading for tf - Logging frequency during training
