Describe the bug
Namespace view shows no namespaces
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run k9s
2. :ns
3. Instead of a list of namespaces, i get Namespace(all)[0] in the title, while k9s attempts to load the namespace list, then just Namespace[0]
   

Expected behavior
Should show me namespaces to choose, instead i see nothing

Versions (please complete the following information):

• OS: MacOS 10.15.2
• K9s 0.10.4
• K8s 1.15.7

Additional context
This is even worse than not being able to select all namespaces :(
