Describe the bug
k9s crashes (and then will no longer properly open, presumably, because of a bad .k9s/config.yaml) when you type :rules with:
Boom!! runtime error: index out of range [2] with length 2.

after the crash, k9s won't start due to a bad view in the .k9s config
Boom!! Huh? 'rbac' Command not found.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start k9s
2. Type :rules
3. Boom!! Profit!!1
4. See error

Expected behavior
No crash :)
