Describe the bug
Filtering in log view does not work when autoscroll is off.
The debug log does not have any relevant information.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open a log view for a container
2. Filter for something, will work
3. Disable autoscroll
4. Filter for something, won't work
