  1. allow server to shuffle items based on provided seed 

    seed can be any int64 but the best option is to generate shuffle seed
based on time.Unix() to allow reshufling after n seconds,minutes,etc

    - add shuffle toggler to settings
- generate seed and store to localStorage
- render items and default group with shuffling
