Describe the bug
Dhewm3 with no mods works fine but if I try to load librecoop, the game crashes on startup. I haven't experienced this issue on linux or mac.

Your System

• What operating system are you using, what CPU and GPU, which GPU driver version?
  running on a thinkpad t430 (i5-3230M, 6 gigs of ram, no dedicated gpu) with coreboot and freebsd 15.0
• What version of dhewm3 are you using? (Also: Official download? Package from Linux distro? MacSourcePorts? Did you compile yourself?)
  using dhewm3 1.5.4, from pkg (freebsd binary package manager), with librecoop 1.5

To Reproduce

• run freebsd 15
• install dhewm3 with pkg
• install librecoop 1.5 (I tried both from moddb and compiling from source and it gave the same result)
• run dhewm3 with dhewm3 +set fs_game librecoop

Expected and actual behavior
Expected behavior:

• game runs with no errors
  actual behavior:
• game crashes on startup
