To speed up migration for existing clients, we would like to have pre-built binaries for every major platform. As precompiled dynamic libraries, this library can be integrated into existing implementations as a drop-in replacement.

In JDA, we can use JNA to bind any dynamic library at runtime to use for encryption and decryption. And the same is true for most other Discord Audio libraries.

Ideally, the precompiled libraries have a C API, which is easier to use in other languages outside of C++
