- Loads JS at a higher scope
Do not rely on initComponent when using startComponent.
- Add ToHtml for Component - Remove use of ToServerRoutes on haskell-miso.org - Add the404 as a page and a route
- Adds Prerender typ - startComponent, misoComponent use `body` as mount when top-level. - Adds logging - Cache mount point in componentMap - Don't render `div` wrapper for top-level Component (use body)
- Unifies mounting between all targets
