Hi everyone,

The bug reported by Nicola four years ago (xamarin/Xamarin.Forms#14996) then by ruimgoncalves three years ago (#10663) still persists and undermines the reliability of one of the most fundamental UI controls: the Entry. In certain scenarios, the Completed event is triggered before the Text property is updated.

This is a significant issue—could someone take a look at it?
