I found 'IsOverride', but I couldn't find 'IsNew'. |

There is no symbolic concept of 'new'. You'd have to check hte original declaration to see if it has that modifier.
You will have to code up whatever concept of 'covered' it is you are trying to convey. Same with hidden. |

Also depending on what you want @zms9110750 there is the LookupSymbols API. That can return a flattened list of members that will account for things like overriding/shadowing and also scoping and such. |
