[Bug]: Tinymce Parser is ignoring filetypes settings - svg image issue #5536

Latest Github version (just updated)
Bug description
I allowed svg files in filetypes.xml file
It allows to upload it everywhere
Only in TinyMce parser is removing URL and image is not saved (it is inserted, you can see it)
How to reproduce
- allow svg images in filetypes.xml
- go to pages and edit page content with tinymce
- upload svg image with Media Manager, insert it, save
Expected behavior
Working svg images
