Current Behavior
The Plugin Options for Cart: Cart (cart_cart) missing in TYPO3 13.4.9
only "The Title (xmlTitle)" ist available

occurs after update from TYPO3 12.4 to 13.4
upgrade wizards were performed
No errors are thrown.
Shopping cart works, but settings can no longer be changed via the plugin.

Expected behavior/output
The Plugin Options for Cart: Cart (cart_cart) from flexform (emailFromName, emailFromAddress, emailToAddress, ...) should be set in the plugin options.

Environment

• TYPO3 version(s): 13.4.9
• PHP version: 8.3.8
• cart version: 11.4.3
• cart_products version: 7.1.0
• Is your TYPO3 installation set up with Composer (Composer Mode): yes

Additional context

• upgrade wizards were performed
• cart_products is used
