Description

Would it be possible for volare to support managing versions of open pdks that aren't handled by the open_pdks "script"? For example, the IHP-Open-PDK.

Proposal

If there isn't one already, there could be a way to extend volare to handle different pdks that come in different formats, maybe with some kind of modular scripting system.
