Show pdk version in addition to shasum and date #95

It would be helpful to be able to see the pdk version in addition to the shasum and the date in the list of pdks.
The version is in https://github.com/RTimothyEdwards/open_pdks/blob/master/VERSION but can also be found in the installed pdk at libs.tech/magic/$PDK.tech at
version 1.0.470-0-g6d4d117
Something like this
