Add graphql dataloader for relation table to scaffold command #337
Description
Basically, we need to do 2 things.

souls g typecommand
add dataloader method when it has a relation table -
Create
souls g sourcecommand
addsouls g sourcecommand and it generates fetch file in source dir.
