Use animations to improve user experience

Suggestion:
Make User Panel opening/closing animated: let it move from the bottom part of screen, when expanded. And move in opposite way, when collapsed

Connected changes:

• Animate color somehow (In collapsed state User Panel has purple background, but when opened it's almost white). Better to discuss this before implementation.
• Animate main section movement (it becomes thinner when User Stories panel opens)
