Orgs creation/deletion etc would be nice to be able to backup the entities and recreate them when they don't exist.

Overriding wouldn't make sense since they have far too many entities linked to them.

Operating on a specific org and such would be pretty handy as well. Currently it's driven by the config, but having a CLI override would be handy.
