Runing On Windows 11 24H2 on Arm

Status as of 1.17.2; appears to compile successfully, then when loaded in gemfile, eventually dies with a 0xC0000005 returned.

Running it through WinDbg, I get a

WARNING: Unable to Verify checksum for [...]gems\ffi-1.17.2\lib\ffi_c.so

Which further research seems to indicate is due to missing headers for a /RELEASE build... on a different compiler.

The missing PECheckSum / PE header checksum might not be the reason it's crashing but I'm not getting any dump otherwise. And I've turned on ruby debug mode.
