Environment

• ImageJ version: 1.54p
• Java version: 1.8.0_452 (64-bit)
• OS: Windows 11
• ROI type: Line
• Tool: Straight Line Tool
  The ROI line that was previously visible suddenly disappears after I draw a new line using the Straight Line Tool.
  After that, even if I reselect the ROI from the ROI Manager or enable “Show All,” it no longer appears.

Steps to Reproduce

Open any image (single frame or stack).

Draw a line (e.g., “mid”) and add it to ROI Manager.

Ensure “Show All” and “Labels” are checked — the ROI is visible.

Switch to the Straight Line Tool and draw a new line directly on the image.

The existing ROI disappears and cannot be shown again, even after toggling “Show All” or reselecting the ROI.

Expected Behavior
The previous ROI(s) in ROI Manager should remain visible after drawing new ROIs, regardless of which drawing tool is used.
