Currently we show surveys (open and recently closed) on one tab and historic on the other.
We should unify into a common list with some metrics/toggles.
This also causes the issue HS mentions below:

It was raised to me yesterday if you do a browser search on the survey action page it only finds rows which are visible on the screen, so if you are not sure of the status of the survey you have to search in each tab. It is not major, obviously, but the reason I raise it is I am sure this used to be possible in other screens so may be something quick to change.
