There are several building errors on Dockerfile and docker-compose.yml file, mainly occured by npm repository in assets directory.

I could tinker with it, though then I met an 500 error with db. that issue seems seperate thing meanwhile. I'll report the bug soon.

btw, IMO this repository should not say elm used for frontend. Elm was not used anyway 😕
