I have experienced this on Fedora Silverblue 42 & 43, and prior versions of the flatpak. It had previously worked. Not sure if it's Zoom or the flatpak's packaging.

When you click the "Add Reaction" button, the reaction bar appears, however when you move the cursor to the reaction bar the bar disappears.
