Cocoon github upgrade breaking github issue testing #144955
Description
With upgrading to Github 9.24.0, it looks like our hard-coding of status is breaking some cocoon tests (see: SpinlockLabs/github.dart#398)
In order to fix, tests should be updated to follow new issue status naming convention
