A create a pull request (#1156), but I'm not sure if uv.lock file comment style should be python or uncommentable. The reason is that the uv.lock file may remove comments after an update.

As for the .python-version file I think it should be uncommentable, but I'm not sure if it should be supported because, for an example, the py.typed file is not currently supported by REUSE.
