Objective

Formulate a plan for how we'll remove config flattening. Draw architectural boundaries between the UI and the Island configuration.

Notes:

• The API will expose an import/export for the config. This means the config schema must be documented somewhere.
  • Plugin (exploiter) metadata should not leak into the UI. The config schema should not expose supported OS or "propagation" properties of exploiters.
• Review if other configuration properties should be hidden from the UI
• Review configuration options we never change and consider whether or not they should just be constants on the Agent.
