Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I use tags on my game folders, at the end of the folder name encapsulated in brackets [ ].
They seem to interfere with the automatic matching process.

Describe the solution you'd like
I want to be able to exclude certain strings from the matching process.
Either everything inside [ ] brackets, or even better, specific user defined strings (the tags are defined and easily listed and filtered out).

Describe alternatives you've considered
My alternative solution would be to manually match each and every game item – tedious enough that I'd consider other software as a better solution.

Additional context
I think this feature would be well received by others, since it seems likely that people who keep a library of their games have done things like adding a version number at the end of the folder/file name.

Some example tags:
[Co-op]
[Local Multiplayer]
[Mature Themes]

Thank you so much for Gameyfin V2, been following this project for I think going on 2 years now and it's so cool to see V2 get released!
It's looking really promising and I've got it up and running on my Synology NAS in DSM 7.1+ like a dream from what I can tell at this early stage.
