Transfer files with screen and webcam.

1. Open encode.html and select a file. It will show the first block QR code.
2. Open decode.html on another computer or mobile phone.
3. Scan the first QR code. And keep the camera's position.
4. Click Start button. Wait for finishing.
5. Once finished, click Download button.
