If executable flag is set the files can be written in Docker image running on newest Mac OS.

Remove executable flag for owner if host OS is Darwin (MacOs). If executable flag is set the files can be written in Docker image running on newest Mac OS.

Add clang version introduced with Mac OS 14.1.1 (Sonoma). Also fix test with write protected directories running under Docker in the OS version.
