I've tried running your server both from a built Docker Image, and also the latest version from pip v0.6.8. I can reach the servers /docs page, but whenever my client posts to /mcp it always gives 404 not found. Also there is supposed to be a /health endpoint, that also results in 404. I'm wondering if there is a misconfiguration somewhere when running the server like this, am I missing a proxy step?
