When bulk editing products from vendor dashboard, the following error occurs:

PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught ArgumentCountError: Too few arguments to function WeDevs\DokanPro\ProductBulkEdit::bulk_edit_save_product_brands(), 1 passed in /www/mycommunitymade_125/public/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php on line 326 and exactly 2 expected

No brand information was provided, yet the bulk_edit_save_product_brands function is triggered anyway

Step To Reproduce

1. Log in as vendor
2. Use a bulk action to move draft products to published

Expected Behaviour

Products should be bulk edited from draft to published
